Cancellation Policy

$500 per person non refundable deposit becomes at time of booking

Full payment required by 90 days prior package start date and is non refundable.

$200 change fee for any name, flight or date changes

Please note that guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to joining any of our excursions which may involve mild physical exertion and inherent dangers.  Please review this document at the following link to our guest registration form.

We strongly recommend that all of our guests purchase cancellation insurance. This coverage protects you financially in case you get sick or an unexpected event forces you to cancel your trip, come home early or delay your return home. Contact your local insurance provider to learn more.

There are regular delays and occasional cancelations due to fog or weather conditions in Bella Bella and sometimes the Pacific Coastal flight schedule will change on short notice. It is a small, remote airport.  We strongly recommend planning to stay overnight in Vancouver before and after your stay, due to these delays.
