We invite you to join us on the Central Coast of British Columbia, home of the Kitasoo/Xai'xais
Indigenous peoples, the Village of Klemtu and the Heart of the Great Bear Rainforest.

Experience an ancient culture, spectacular wildlife viewing, stunning landscapes and reconnect with
nature. Immerse yourself in true wilderness on a grand scale, deep in the heart of the Great Bear
Rainforest .
Spirit Bear Lodge is Indigenous owned, offering exclusive access to wildlife viewing areas and cultural
sites within the Kitasoo Xai’xais traditional territory.

Architecturally, the exterior of the Lodge pays homage to the traditional long houses built by west coast
First Nations. Inside, the atmosphere is modern and relaxing with all the comforts of home.

Spirit Bear Lodge is a welcoming and comfortable place to lay your head after a day full of exploration
and adventure in British Columbia’s Great Bear Rainforest.

With only 12 rooms, the lodge accommodations are spacious yet cozy and can be outfitted with a
comfortable king bed or a pair of twin beds. Every room shares the same stunning ocean view and is the
perfect place to relax after each day’s adventure.

After a day of wildlife, culture and adventure, relax with a glass of wine or craft beer and delicious après
on our ocean view deck or in the cozy lounge area of the “Great Room”. Dinner is a communal
experience where we enjoy the delectable meals created by our culinary team and share stories with
each other.

Gaze out towards the grey blue waters of the Great Bear Sea and watch for passing Humpback Whales,
Sea Lions, Otters, Eagles and more.
