Sea kayaking on the central coast of BC, in the tradtional territory of the Kitasoo/Xai'xais First Nation and famed Inside Passage is a unique and intimate way to explore the hundreds of islands, inlets and coves.
Klemtu, BC is an ideal point of departure for kayakers wishing to paddle to Princess Royal Island, home to the Spirit Bear Conservancy and surrounding areas. The surrounding waters are home to Orcas, humpback whales, Steller sea lions and sea otters which may be spotted on your journey. Our fleet of Current Design kayaks are available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Arrive by BC Ferries and pack your rental kayak for your trip of a lifetime.

We also ask that all seakayakers renting from Spirit Bear Adventures download and fill out a Float Plan and provide one to us and one to family members. If your party does not arrive back at the designated time, we will phone the primary emergency contact on the form and intiate the appropriate steps if necessary.
